    I've probably used my car horn twice in the last 5 years.
    Even then I felt like an ignorant fool for using the horn.
    ~
    One time I felt using the horn was justified. A guy pulling out of a sub-division, slowly drifted past the stop sign and one lane of traffic while staring at his phone. I blew the horn when he coasted into the 2nd lane of traffic, still staring at his phone.

    I don’t think my wife has ever not used the horn when she was at the wheel during a trip.

    People in Bangkok would go insane here, where anyone not exceeding the posted speed limit by at least 20 mph gets a horn blast. :rolleyes:

    Juarez Mexico, is like that. Drivers doing crazy stuff, but if you hear a honk it come from US plated vehicle.
