Caught up. My main accomplishment today was gave myself a haircut. Number three (3) guard. Saved myself twenty (20) bucks.

 

Mike , last time i went to a barber it was 32$ nothin fancy just a cut , i liked to have #### and i knew the sheetazz.

 

Dude, I bought a Whal probably 20 years ago for like $20 or less. I haven't paid for a haircut since then.
But, I'm about 80% bald anyway and it just seemed a waste of money to pay $20 for something I could do for free.
You can do the math, and if I had hair like @Dave_in_AZ, I would probably pay to have it cut. But, as it stands, I haven't paid for a haircut in at least 20 years.
But you have to remember, The Hazul cut might not be exactly what you wanted. But there's no tip.

 

Dad still cuts my hair, he does it for free too! Tried getting the wife talked into trying, but she is afraid she will make my ugly mug look worse or something…Somehow it doesn’t grow as fast now as it did 10 years ago, wonder what’s with that?

 

All this talk of cutting hair has me afraid. (slinks away turning off tablet)

 

My wife cuts mine. Nothing special, but it gets the job done.

 

When I was still in Austin I went to and old school barber shop I had been to in the past. Old man had sold it to a young dude. I axed how much is a basic haircut ? Twenty (20) bucks he said. I said ok and walked out. This was about 2012 or so. Went to a Mexican joint that cut it for seven (7) bucks. Very little English but I could speak enough Spanish to get my hair cut.
