Image of the ticket for you from the story.

more than 15 over the speed limit = misdemeanor that should be a reckless/unsafe operation there. Unemployment/uninsurable should be on the horizon.

And in a nod to Arlo was also a ticket for littering.

I think they were being extra nice to the fellow........ Could have cuffed and transported for a blood sample/test while they impounded the vehicle. Kinda makes me wonder if it was a tow truck, utility bucket lift, or other commercial vehicle towing something.

I've always wondered how humidity can go over 100% and not be pouring rain. By the way I have looked it up, still don't make sense to me.

    Since you asked :D
In certain atmospheric conditions it's possible to exceed 100% RH. Because the ambient air is void of particles that water vapor bonds to prior to precipitation which is 100%. I'm not a Meteorologist but I did stay at a Motel 6.

In warehouses that store coffee beans they keep the internal temperature about 105 to 110 degrees and the humidity over 100%. The reason they do this is coffee beans sells by weight and the coffee brokers want as much water weight as possible in the coffee beans to make them weigh more. The brokers can increase the weight by 5% on the coffee beans and make more on the spread. Down in Laredo they have a huge warehouse used to store coffee beans from Mexico in.
