Its kinda worn..... I cant get it to fit inside without bulging out......Ive gotta go get the studs and bolts ill pick up another o ring also.
When I place the gaskets on the oil return line...... does it matter which side I place the gasket down on? Do I need some type of gasket maker liquid?![]()

Use a small phillips screwdriver to line up the back hole, then start the outside bolt.
Verify the gasket is in place, then install the inside bolt.Star Rider and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
Nice. Looks alot easier than mine. Have to drain all the coolant on the isx. And all my bolts were stripped out
Star Rider, nikmirbre and Big Road Skateboard Thank this. -
Only issue ive had was I cant get the oil return line back on..suddenly its become too short
I had to wrap it up for the day as it started storming..... I could've gotten done now that I know how, in about 2 hours max.
I took a lot of breaks today......D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Tighten the clamp get the lines hooked up.
Then you might have to do the same thing on the cold side housing for the CAC pipe.Last edited: Jul 21, 2025 at 6:19 PM
