Third picture you can see where the side rail has been welded back together once. Just behind the chain there's a weld bead and the outer rail failed right along the weld. Looks like they tried to plate over a crack.
That trailer also has crossmembers too far apart and the frame rails look pretty thin so doubt it has a coil package on it.
