Yeah he'll get his eventually.. you can believe that.. just keep moving forward.. you'll find your stride.. most trainers suck anyways.. they've got an ego to feed and don't understand their role for the most part.. move forward and you'll find your groove..

I appreciate it and I hope to have a great time at this company. So far the manager seems very easygoing.

Good deal! LTL is definitely a great way to start a career. Money wise it’ll definitely be there. Having forklift experience will definitely benefit you if you stay in the LTL field of trucking. If down the road you want to leave. Since you’ll have experience at Central and a spot opens up at Xpo and you apply your app will go to the top of the pile. Drivers at XPO do alot of forklift work as a lower seniority person then driving. But who knows you might like Central and stay there.

If his that young, then I might not know him, my trainer is in his 60's right now! What an A-hole! Hopefully things work out there for you, good luck man.

Local city drivers make $36 an hour topped out. Time and a 1/2 after 40. Linehaul is .81 cpm topped out. Home daily. Don’t know the actual dock worker rate is. I would have made more as a dock worker then I did my first year of trucking OTR as a rookie for sure and would be home sleeping in my own bed. At Saia. Not sure what Centrals rate is but it’s not far off I’m sure.

YES!!! Central and XPO in my area pays around that around that. I think a little more with XPO.

Question: if you had to do the whole butthole trainer saga all over again, what would you do differently? Butthole trainer only had one card to play, he’s easily beaten.

I am not accusing you of any wrongdoing, just asking a question.
