Simple green, spray down the area, wait 10 mins clean with dawn and soap. Rinse and repeat a couple times. Simple green is good at desolveing most oils and grease and dawns good at soaking them up and locking them away. Do that a few times and throw something like baking soda on it to break down any acid or basics left and asorb most of the smell. Wont totally get rid of it but will remove like 99% and the rest will fade over a day or 3 depending on the spill size.

I vouch for the vinegar as well. It has a stench of its own but does help eliminate a lot of other odors.
