So I decided to add some additional lighting to a trailer. Going to add a couple more of those oval lights to the rear. So far my plan is to use a 2-1/2" hole saw to make the proper radius at the ends of the light, then cut out the remaining material between the two holes with a zip cut or a sawzall/jigsaw. Anyone got a better method?

Some days I wish I had a plasma cutter.
