    Chapter 11 usually means reorganizing. However, if the Company is beyond hope of saving then they’ll move to chapter 7, which is liquidation

    Let’s see they owe 1-10 million in debt with 1.9 million to diameter and 1.3 to cobalt funding and 49 total creditors yet they only have $50k in assets. These type of companies need to go under.
