Atl is a heavily congested city. Filled with several people from the north east, mid west, and the south. Being that soooo many ppl that have moved in from elsewhere. There's all types of craziness that goes on daily about the hiways.
Road rage, cops chasing cars, dui accidents. PPL GETTING LOST, and etc. Not sure of the full history of how this happened. But R.I.P. truck driver, hate your gone over someone's else mistakes!
