I'm a new driver in Mission TX but I want to drive tanker. Will any companies in the valley hire me?

Typically SOME tanker companies, but not many, will hire a brand new CDL driver. Typically HazMat tanker companies will not hire newbies. There are some exceptions to both situations. The normal way to haul HazMat tanker is get a van, reefer, or flatbed CDL job for at least 1 year. Then when you have 1 year of CDL experience with no tickets, accidents, etc you apply at the non-HazMat tanker company and complete another year of driving with no speeding tickets or accidents. Then, you apply at the HazMat tanker company with 2 years CDL experience and 1 year of tanker experience. A few companies in some areas may break this pattern. RGV is a far way away from most of America so don't expect to find good details looking online only. My feeling is physically looking with your eyes in the area will give you more useful info, even though driving around and talking to companies is not as easy as typing on a keyboard. It's better to get the right answer and not the easiest to find answer.
