The turn over rate I've seen was ridiculous, like you said a lot of newbies didn't make the first day, if they made the first week it was amazing. Saw the same thing with roofers in Vegas. When I was I Vegas on new construction and the roofers were allowed to wear shorts, one guy did and wasn't there the next day, came back a few days later, he sun burned his ahh, personal area due to reflection off a white roofhope not dumb twucker, broke down plumber, homeskillet and 10 others Thank this.
