Connex CX-4600 Turbo CB manual needed

Hi there Good Buddies,

... or anyone else who might be in the know ...

I'm Konrad and new to this site and noticed that JoeCool and perhaps others have been the proud owners of a Connex 4600 Turbo CB like myself. This is why I'm sending this note. I've been trying to find a manual for mine online without much luck so far and you guys seem to be my best bet. I just acquired my Connex 4600 Turbo and hoped can get it into proper operation in the next week or so. I'm already familiar with the restrictions I'm facing with this radio but was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction when it comes to finding a manual. This CB seems to be pretty sophisticated and powerful and I am not a very experienced CB operator and just know that I'll need all the help I can get.

As a last resort perhaps someone can make a copy of theirs for me if that's possible. I'd be willing to pay for it if it wouldn't be too much trouble. Regardless, any assistance anyone might be able to provide along these lines would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I guess I'm not familiar with all the alternative meanings of Good Buddy ... LOL and no ... I didn't want to suggest anything by it. ... I'm just a newbie with all this pretty much and am sorry if I stuck my foot in my mouth unintentionally or left myself so open to having my leg pulled. You have me wondering now though.

I wish there were a way to get a digitized copy of that manual though so that the manual could be kept in the site's archive or something. I could make one with my scanner but I know that everyone isn't as well set up as I am in that department. Just some thoughts ... Any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of to say more at this point is to quote the enduring May West. "When I'm 'Good' I'm good but when I'm 'Bad' I'm better." Snicker ... but there again ... I might be off the subject ..
