I heard they outsourced engineering to H1B visa labor and wound up with the 737 Max. A real shame.

 

Funny how fast Scarebus lost the KC46a tanker contract to my Friends at Boeing.
Hard to compete with Airbus , with government support from France.

 

You mean like the support Boeing gets from the US government too. Like being able to in house self certify a new plane type.
We all seen how that worked out with the Max.
While Boeing has made some awesome planes, their current problems are by far caused by Boeing.
Maybe if they got some engineers back at the helm instead of MBA's they can be the company they once was.
