Long John Silver's risks Cracker Barrel-style backlash; changing Fish logo to a Chicken.

When I think of that place, it’s about seafood, so OK they want to incorporate promoting chicken why not put both? There’s an old saying that some of the CEOs need to learn. “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it” no, Long John Silver’s not as successful as cracker barrel is, Cracker Barrel’s was one of the most successful chain restaurants in America. But it’s still pretty popular. Hope they thought this through.

 

Wonder if LJS used the same advertising agency as Cracker Barrel?
