The drive back home was uneventful. 69 was a very nice and uncluttered road. We took US45 out of Jackson to 69, all the way home. Lots of work zones on the way, but no work happening this weekend; unlike on 65.Friend Thanks this.

It's been a few months since I ran north out of Memphis up to Paducah but it was a nice ride. I've been from Paducah back to Indianapolis on 69 multiple times recently and it was a quiet nice ride. I live 7 miles east of 69 off of US35 in Indiana and I hate 69 from Indianapolis to Ft. Wayne. It's grown so much over the last 20 years and traffic is awful.Bumper Thanks this.

Got a preplan. Pick up in Dallas at 1 pm today. Deliver in Shawnee, KS tomorrow night @ 2330. Just under 500 miles. It will put me just over 2000 for the week. Hopefully they can find a way to get me at least another 1000 by Friday evening, but I won't hold my breath.
