There are people like this all over. How did so many of us go wrong in life's management? 1st level of stupidity is going to a debt counselor.
It always struck me that a person so broke; somehow, pays a "Debt Counselor" and the fees for filing Bankruptcy filing.

He estimates; he makes $6000 a week, driving a forklift for 50/60 hours. (Apparently cannot add up 4 pay stubs) Has been able to get 420K in debt, but feels like they need a larger house, with a pool. Entitled to a new car also...

It seems the consensus now in the news is drugs, not alcohol.

 

Unloaded the last load of cobs this morning, (for now, there are some more to run starting in a week or two) and decided the truck needs a bath. Went to a truck wash I’ve used before, never had any issues, although my brother won’t even look this direction as he drives by. Them:What kind of trailer is that? Me: Walking floor. Them:We don’t have that option. Have you ever gotten it washed before? Me:Yes, Blue Beacon bills it like a reefer. Them:Ok fine. Guy takes slip into crabby lady in office. She asks what last load was, has all out melt down. “You may not realize this, but that is NOT a reefer. Me: No kidding, all this time I’ve been hauling frozen ham in a walking floor??? Price instantly increases $65. I really need to stop practicing my dumb look, getting some real winners the last week or two….
