    Hard drive is failing(writing errors on drive). Restart the computer and press F12. Go to diagnostic hit enter. Good luck

    we had a laptop in the office that we just used for pictures, and it lasted for years with that startup screen. Sometimes had to push F7? To make it start faster

    1. Run Onboard Diagnostics.
    2. Run the Laptop/Computer in Safe Mode and Clean Boot.
    3. Run System File Checker (SFC) Scan.
    4. Change the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) Settings.
    5. Run Disk Cleanup.
    6. Change CMOS Battery.
    7. Replace your Hard Drive.
