Really!! Well Cheryl was calling him a liar. And if you read his post,its clear he was talking about 2 years. And he was clearly calling her out for what she is. So apparently admin,its ok for a female to call a male a liar. But when he points out what she is..... Is that the kinda forum this is?? Cheryl should be banned too!!!! This is sexiest!!!!!

Ok I read his post again. I really don't think he should be banned. He never swore and isn't a little arguing what debating is about? Like Why said she called him out as a liar. Not saying he was or wasn't, but if someone comes on here telling me I'm lying am I permitted to be a bit irritated? Telling her to go mow her grass was very nice compared to what probably came to mind first. Don't get annoyed with me, but I'm just stating my observation here.

Look at this quote and that is why I said what I did. I see guys like this all the time in the drivers lounges of the various terminals. Mostly big blow hearts that deserve the problems they encounter because they seem to think thier employers owe them something beyond a paycheck. I love the driver I saw last weekend in Gary that wanted to pick a fight with a driver that had to be in his 60's because he wasn't moving fast enough for his liking. Took me all of about 10 seconds to put him in his place. I just personally get sick of these highway Rambo's with no respect. People who have met me know I am a no BS guy.

 

I think he got "posting" rage. (I just made that up aren't I clever LOL) Anyway he probably got indignant when he thought he was being called a liar. He should have counted to 10 before responding and he could have been more tactful in choosing his words. Maybe Cheryl isn't a driver but before becoming a driver I was a driver's wife and I knew my way around a truck. It's called osmosis.

 

yes he should have watched what he was saying. nobody is perfect we all are trying to make a living out there. It sounds like we dont have to put up with him in gary since he stated he turned his truck in. Maybe he had too. best thing to do is just do your job and why can't we all get along.

so does that make you a terminal rambo. when i am there i just stay away from all the negative people but seams to be more negative than positive thats why i like trucking you don't have too be around people most of the time.

 

No, all it means is some jerk was bullying a old man because he wasn't fast enough at the fuel isle in Gary and he needed to be told how to behave. The choice was his when I told him to calm down and back off of the old man. Sometimes it is appopriate to interfere. This was one of those times. I normally just walk my dog and stay to myself at the Roehl terminals because of all the complaining. No other drivers sign my settlements. Therefore I don't really mingle with the other drivers. Let me ask you, if you saw a irate driver belittling a old man to the point you felt that violence might occur would you have gotten involved? I really felt that he was close to hitting the old man so I felt he needed to calm down and if that makes me Rambo then who cares.

 

Maybe i would have gotten involved but there also camera's at the fuel island and all over the yard. how many pumps were in use. Did you report the as you call jerk to the main person incharge, get his truck number there are other ways of getting involved without force. I can just see this guy at a pilot getting fuel when someone does not pull up or just go park if you are going to stay in the store. You must lease or o/o if you have a dog to walk. Hope you clean up after him i did one time step in dog poo at the Gary not happy with that one.have a good one and be safe watch your temp and don't over react. sometimes things are not what they appear to be if you get there halfway thur the situation.
