Rideandrepair and ElmerFudpucker Thank this. -
That is Freight Volume. The amount of tons needing to be shipped is called Freight Volume.
-
Use whatever term you want. I'll stick with actual numbers.
-
Read the article in the original post of this thread. How would you define Freight Volume as referenced in that particular article?
-
And Cass is right in there with Freightwaves and the others that pull rate/load info mainly from the factoring arena.
-
Again define Freight Volume. No one calculating using volume, we are calculating what the Freight Volume is, which ultimately has nothing whatsoever to do with trucks.

I got 21 tons, lol
Ten of these bad boys @4,200 each
I’m worn out from mountains and fog and wrong way driver to keep me on my toes..may need to visit an Asian massage parlor after I deliver tomorrow

Don't believe you understand where a company like Cass, Lean and others get there info.
They get that info from the shippers that they do freight audits for. They have no info on other shippers. Not a very accurate indicator.
Have/had customers that used those services. -
The happy hands parlor? LOL
That was the name of one in Vegas I used to go to. Had a sign under it that said no happy endings. LOLElmerFudpucker and Concorde Thank this.
