15 miles in 30,000 steps and it would take 5 hrs at 3mph. That's hard to do every day!

 

Guessing your terminal wasn't 50-100 pallets of seeds and mulch that had to be cardboard wrapped every night. I'd probably walk 5 miles in circles just cardboarding those ####ing seed/sand/salt/mulch/etc pallets.

Also, I'd jog everywhere usually.

 

Linehaul got canceled due to weather. It's 1 am, I'm wide awake, the storm has passed and I'm fighting intrusive thoughts.

Why shouldn't I fire up the snowblower?

 

I’ve never checked mileage, but I burn about 80 gallons every 5 days in my yard.

 

My neighbors are pretty respectful, so I try to reciprocate.

But it turns out I should have gone out and at least did a rough pass by the garage. We got about 5 inches, but it drifted to knee height. Took over an hour to get it done this morning, it's usually 30 minutes max.

 

I can't hear you over the sound of Southern California palm trees rustling to the 76° breeze outside my house.

We really do need the snow over here though so please blow the stuff into a pallet-sized container and ship with expedience!

 

I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain snow doesn't do well at 76 degrees. And at that point I don't think it matters if it is 76 (F)reedom or 76 (C)commie.

 

For whatever reason it's unseasonably hot here. Typical highs are in the 50s-60s in December but today's high is actually 86! Almost beach day weather. Coastal San Diego is showing 71, so definitely cooler but still warmer than normal.

 

Sounds terrible. I haven't seen the sun in 4 weeks and haven't had a day without rain or temps above 40 in 3 weeks. It's awesome. Just wish it was snowing instead of rain.
