No help here on this but way back my buddy Bobby Moore drove for TIME-DC, lived in Southaven, MS, ran out of T/DC Memphis terminal, to OK city, lay down, return same.
He explained to me that he had to pay income tax to AR based on the $ earned crossing AR.
I laughed and argued, Then he further explained; A Fed Ex pilot flying out of Memphis and going out over AR was charged the same. "The Tax Man cometh." From all sides...
