Those of us trying to help you receive no financial gain from trucking companies and don't want or request it. Also, that's also a quick way to get a lifetime ban from TheTruckersReport website.
Financial gain means we would put money before what's in your best interest. Having said this, beware of unsolicited private messages pushing a company or even a couple of companies. -
Don't talk to the recruiter about getting more training. Recruiters don't have all the answers all the time. Keep what I told you in your back pocket, get hired first, begin the training, and then see about more training once you're in the door. That way you can talk to the training coordinator or whoever is in charge of that dept. Cross that bridge when or if you get there.hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.

I’m not a big May fan, it’s just that Freymiller doesn’t seem to concerned about getting him hired and we all have read about Werner’s training program in the most famous post on this site. That leaves May.hope not dumb twucker and tscottme Thank this.

It's good that you care about training, but keep in mind that longer training doesn't always mean better training. Ten days with a good trainer is worth more than ten weeks with a bad one. A lot of those guys will only sit up front with you for a day or two, maybe even less. After that, they go to the back and you don't see them again until they need to use the bathroom.
48Packard, TurkeyCreekJackJohnson and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
Us express carriers LLC from Henderson, NV has a training program now. I think mc carrier LLC has a training program too.

No question go Freymiller, do not go to May.......unless you want to be cold in the winter and hot in the summer, worse than cameras they do not alow idling
Toomanybikes Thanks this. -
Go with May, I worked there about 5 years. You will get good experience, not the greatest pay but they are not gonna screw you over as long as you do as expected. Get your year or so in then you can go just about anywhere.
bryan21384 and Vic Firth Thank this.
