I threw in an application to KT since they built a few new locations on the Illinois border.
The thing they dont tell you is a vast majority of their "private" fleet is actually a contracted 3rd party carrier.
They are looking for drivers who will work themselves to the bone and run any and all the time they can sunshine rain snow hurricane tornado ect...
in my offer i was willing to work all the time, even nights, but wanted holidays off.
I was told no holidays is not negotiable and for sub 100k to have a camera in your face in a speed limited truck forced to work overnight, with a strict hands free and no eating while moving rule, not my cup of tea.
