I've been looking. You can't even get to alot of the WA resorts. All the roads are washed out. I'll take 65f in Dec. There's still hope. Lol

JolliRoger, Feedman, Sons Hero and 6 others Thank this.

Not a huge fan of chiropractors, that’s just a me thing. I had a very serious car accident at 17 and tore many of the tendons in my upper back on impact (head snapping forward). I was two years to full function after that. Had one session with a chiropractor and had a huge setback. That was it for me.
I have refused all pain medication from my doctors after the first two weeks, other than a cortisol injection into the joint which unfroze it for me. I don’t even like taking Advil or aleve type things either. I will ice my knee and shoulder at the end of the day if really bad.
Just a lot of stretching, even in the evenings. Trying to slowly increase loading on the shoulder at work as well

    The OM is UP!!!!!!

The driver has also left the rhinoceros.

Bunk heater has been re-lit, cause it's 38F inside THE SAVAGE UTAH WILDERNESS and we don't need to FREEZE TO DEATH AND DIE.
