If FedEx does terminate him he can always hire on with Brinks.

Probably a step van driver employed by a contractor. Not actually employed by Fed Ex.

Fee Ex is pretty strict about their no gun policy.

Imagine being told you can not defend yourself and that the police and government will protect you.

    Poorly written article.

first says fedex driver was unarmed then fedex driver had a weapon.

Still good for him to defend himself.

Let’s see alive and no job cause he had his firearm….or dead and no job because he didn’t have his firearm…….Not a hard choice

Because it’s FedEx, this will be analyzed every which way from Sunday but when you get right down to it, it was either the FedEx driver or the bad guy. Someone wasn’t going home. When you’re facing a situation like that, there is no policy, there is no nothing. It’s either you or the other guy and it comes down to if you’re prepared or not. Simple as that.
