Let's see....Maybe we could make the show about a gypsy trucker and his younger colledge educated partner. The episode could revolve around the crazy situations that they find themselves gettin' involved in in different towns across the country.


Yeah, Yeah....And they could drive around in a big green Kenworth and they could have all this free time to do all this other stuff besides hauling freight and gettin' the bills paid and the truck payments made....And.....OOH! OOH! We could call one Will and maybe we could call the other one Sonny and....Oh man this is GREAT!

What an original idea....Nobodies ever done anything like this before!!!!

Could be a winner...since Hollywood has no "new idea" mentality...just doing remakes of remakes...and it should have been long enough for no one to remember when Claude Akins and Frank Converse did that "Movin on" show...Sonny Pruit and Will Chandler...

 

How about a reality/idol combination show? Cram as many people in the cab as will fit, and whoever lasts the longest, and can sing the worst on the CB wins!

 

That happens every day......It's called a CR England training program,

 

Start from the begining,show people going through school,an do closeups when there learning (trying)to drive the semi.
season 2=applying with several companies,only to be turned down so many times,that you want to give up.
season 3=newbe's going to a company going through orientation only to be told"sorry you dont qualify;your going home".
season 4=newbe going through training OTR( this will be the comedy part)
grinding gears,missing gears,smoking breaks on there 1st good down hill run.gas attack in the cab,after eating beans "or whatever"this does'nt take much for guy's.cab fight's.This could be over the smallest thing,like thows were my potato chips,(then you by vinegar n salt because he doesnt like them) or where's my m&m's? Watching his pee bottles roll around in the cab(hopeing they dont leak)The shock of going by a cattle yrd wondering if one did break.getting lost.
season 4=truck accidents,turning too short-running over a car,curb,hedges,telephone pole.Another drivers truck. Oh and the backing mishaps.(After putting a chock in place under the tandems,I dove under my trl; when,another semi was backing beside me an got to close)There's many close calls..from other drivers.
season 5=dealing with dumb dispatchers.(there's good ones out there but not many)How they push,disrespect,be little,yell at the driver( just show how the company driver is used as a brunt of abuse.No respect.
You could also show,the hell a woman driver goes through in this bussiness.10% respect 90%disrespect from other drivers.I could be the star/or advisor.You could base it on my life.Since going to truck driving school in 1985,driving a dump truck,then a semi,then OTR for the last 15 years.I also use to be a trainer.
