Look this is easy to show if you can sell a incorporated trucking company does the original dot number stay in place so tell where the fmcsa says that.Now there’s been guys trying to use what the fmcsa says a dot number can stay the same in a seamless change but people are just trying to play with words.A seamless change is a sole proprietor changing his business to LLC for example but nothing else in the business changes like addresse or officials So simply show where the fmcsa says a trucking company that is incorporated or not that you can buy and not get a new dot number

What part of not buying a company but purchasing stock in a C-Corp don't you understand?
Who owns a C-Corp? Not a persons name. Stockholders do.
