This is a good thing to see; The company I work for charges waiting times as well, and charges the earth for it.
One day I rocked up too a depot with 12 cases of wine for their manager, and I saw the line of semi's and doubles; walked up to the guys in the depot (As they were all around the fork's talking), and asked if I could just walk them in... The reply was "You going to have to wait in line, no exceptions"; I tried to explain that they were for their boss, but they wouldnt have a bar of it...
So; I called my boss, who said they would see what they can do, (no luck); then asked how long I would be... I replied... rest of the day... then I got a response; keep track of your time...
6 hours later; i was to be unloaded.. and 5min after that, i was out and heading home..
That one stop paid me $500; so the company charged them over 900 for losing a truck for 6hours.
------------
Oh; and the next time I went there; the fork drivers unloaded me right-away, even if they had semis and doubles in line; as their boss say the cameras, and gave them a talking too he said.
