Ah rumor has it Black Freightliner go bye bye
-
Hmmm rumor has it another one bites the dust! Apparently the repo boys snagged another one of Marks trucks. Hey Mark did it ever occur to you this wouldn't happen if you simply paid your bills? Not only is he a crook bit a dumb one as well.
-
It's a real good rumor ,He did loose three of his new trucks looking for the fourth now. Only time Mark before they are all gone. Don't even help the ones that were in them to get them home A REAL NICE boss. Every body needs to go to work for this crook.
-
Actually he only lost 2. I heard he was about to lose the other 2 when he decided he might actually need to make a payment. I think he's just stalling and will hode them rather than pay. That's just Mark's style. It won't do him any good to do that though as there are a lot of people that he has screwed over who are just waiting for a golden opportunity like this.
-
From my source ,All Three freightliners are gone the only one left is the RED CORONADO. But either way It is good that he his getting slow maybe the big boys can get him for not paying other things that he IS to be doing To his workers and back pay the rest. I know that that is a joke ,But his day is coming .The good lord will be taking him to a place he doesn't what to go.

Ole Trucker according to my source which happens to be the repo company it was only 2 trucks. Also Mark and Chris must have spent the weekend rolling their pennies so they could catch up the payments. We were set to go after the other two when the finance company put the repo company on hold. Chris Hobbs wouldn't contact me to issue a new withholding statement so I could collect my state income tax. So if anyone from Katalyst is reading this tell Chris that the finders fee for 2 trucks only settled half the score. I'm still out here still looking.

I worked for Mark in SLC and I can confirm that he is a bonified crook. I loved working at Metal, at one point they had a lot of great drivers (despite the pink and turquoise trucks) Personally it makes me sad that the company has been driven into the ground. I've been in trucking 12 years and never have I seen as dishonest practices as I saw when working for Mr. Longshore. I had direct insight to the fines imposed on the drivers for expired registration, the time spent on being detained because of trucks not being properly permitted and even thru the time that drivers had been paying for health insurance that ended up with no coverage. Its a shame what Mark has done to "his" company.. he should have just continued to allow Terry and Brian to run it. BTW I dont advise trying to run an overweight ingot thru GA with no permits there are only a few drivers that can pull it off!
-
Truckin'sinmyblood, I wouldn't haul an overweight ingot anywhere. Mark and his bozos in SLC would try to get drivers to run with photo copied GA/TN annual permits and reuse KY temp permits. I turned him in to KY, mailed the copied TN permit back to their permiting office, and stopped in for a late night chat (photo copied permit in hand) with GA DOT in Ringgold. Kinda makes me wish I hand kept track of the thousands of dollars he lost because I got tired of his crap.

Cybertrucker I dont know what you mean by bozos in Salt Lake... I know the staff (knew) in SLC and they were good people trying to make good with the mess the company was in. If you were given copied or expired permits by the people in the office it wasnt because of any other reason but that Mark refused to fork out the money to purchase the permits needed.
