Ontario’s new bike law deemed “insanity”

i wouldn't say so i ride bikes quite often and people have no courtesy whatsoever and i ve had people zoomed by me going at least 55 cause that was the speed limit, within arms reach granted i have long arms but still if they gave me more room it would feel little safer, and i dont mean swerving to the other lane just get as close as they can to the middle would give plenty of space well at least where i ride

 

Any bill brought forward by an NDP member has a snowballs chance of passing. Even if it was a good measure it would never pass in our political system where the Liberals have a majority government.

 

15 states have a 3 foot law? Never heard of it. Doesn't matter what kinds of laws they pass anyway. 10 foot lane + 10 foot lane - (8.5 foot truck x2)= you dead. Physics.
