Work Well program at Swift

jmano71179, this is boommm78 im starting in june my self i beleave that test has to do with how well you can climb in or out of trailer and moving things heavy objects and i think they want to everyone their own company dot physical and drugtest to iv heard some people get to millington and then fail the drugtest i my self have had dot physical and drugtest

 

When I was there in Jan 2010 they had stopped doing the work well. And yes you will get another physical and drug test when you get there.

 

If they do the work well it will consist of lifting 50 pounds in a crate from the ground to chest level repetatively. If you want to qualify for flat bed it's 75 pounds, pulling and pushing, carrying 50 pounds across the room a few times, and climbing a the equal of getting into a trailer. I did it when I weighed 430 pounds so if I could do it anyone can. Thankfully I weigh much less now.

 

Heard through other sources (not saying how reliable) but the work well program injured a couple who took the test...back injury...and another law suit on the swift waiting list is being presented....

Now who would have thought that suing Swift would get anything but a long waiting line?
