    Not trying to keep anything a secret, but send him some files and it tends to point to his NaviMaps file(s) being the source of the issue. RM will replace the SD Card.

    The NaviMaps are about 2.5 gb so best way is to ship him another SD Card.

    Hello everyone I just got my replacement tnd 500 in and having problems getting past the warning about map data base expired was on phone with a rm rep that was walking me through deleting a navi file but deleted the wrong file. Now dont have the navi maps is there any way I can download it or even borrow a friends card and copy it. my serial number is A32T5B170F51
    its shows handhold refer+0xxviqhbsxxm0a4rvgb4msjo
    software vr 10.2.1472.1717
    any help will be great
