Sleep disorders in trucking industry

I dont get on line much but the weather has stopped me from working and I am so glad. You people are so wonderful and I am so blessed to have found you all. I will send up date after friday on what doc said to husband.

My father, after about 20 years otr has such bad sleep apnea he's almost non functional. He wrecked his dump truck a few months back because of it. He's gotten to where he nods off all the time. He nodded off and woke up barreling tword a family in a van. he put it in the ditch rolling it over with a load of asphalt. I never thought he'd drive again but apparently he;s back at it again.

 

I have sleep apnea but i have a machine to regulate it so I get great sleep.

 

I also have sleep apnea, I got the machine and some nites I get sleep and sometimes don't. Its rough. I am trying to become a smaller person, And hopefuly that will take care of the problem.

My sleep disorder was usually some crack head lizard beating on the door. Go away reptile I don't need any of your used goods!
