    You might want to do some more reading.

    Per the FMCSA Rules
    part 391.21

    (b)(8) A list of all violations of motor vehicle laws or ordinances (other than violations involving only parking) of which the applicant was convicted or forfeited bond or collateral during the 3 years preceding the date the application is submitted;

    I noticed I forgot the next sub section from there on suspensions.

    (b)(9) A statement setting forth in detail the facts and circumstances of any denial, revocation, or suspension of any license, permit, or privilege to operate a motor vehicle that has been issued to the applicant, or a statement that no such denial, revocation, or suspension has occurred;

    Using your example, knowing you have aids and you do not tell the girl and they find out. There is a law broke there. You WILL go to jail.

    You sign an application stating that all is true and accurate. It can come back and bite you.

    You will do whatever you want.

    On this forum, I would suggest when you make comments like you have, you should state that they are your opinion. Most of the posters here try to give accurate and factful information out to the members.

    Sorry that you feel it is a joke.

    The mvr is 3 years, the question for the suspension, revocations is not limited to any period.

    not only that....its not on his mvr and if it was it is three years old and the company hes checking into requires that you dont have any licenses suspensions in the last three years.....oh yeah I was just jokin bout the aids part....I already knew its murder and a very serious crime....i wouldnt do it and i wouldnt encourage you to try it if you had a disease like that....thats not the issue tho....What i am saying is true and they are all facts.....Just like there are no such things as DUI's for people over 21 but only minors.One thing I need you to know about is you cant believe everything you see or read on the internet cause I certainly dont :)
