We use to go to Misquamicut beach in Westerly RI. From were you are it is about a 2-21/2hr drive, but it is a great place to go. Leave early like around 5am, because it does get packed fast. There is a good place up in NH, but can't remember the name right now..

Been like that for years, it use to be cheaper like around 5$, but times have changed..
