Any landing you walk away from is a good landing! This is why accountants have an eraser on their pencil!

Okay, finally was able to get a rental car from TX to Batesville, AR. In a loaner truck, for now.
Early estimate for repairs on our truck, so far, is $20, 810.06. That is, if they don't find anything else wrong.
Off to see the doc now. See ya'll later.

I've had that nearly happen to me twice in the last 3 days. If I owned this truck I'd be having a much thicker bumper installed. They're going to get me eventually.

I'm so glad to hear y'all are okay, Judi Kay. How frightening that must have been for you. I hope everything goes well with getting the truck repaired and back on the road. I'll keep you in my thoughts. ~Hugs~

Glad your OK Judi, and even though things arent working out the way you wanted them (no accident to have happened) BUt seems that you are moving in the right direction. Hope things work out for you. Take care.
