detriot series 60 how to get more power

If you believe in pittsburgh power their site has a freightliner with a detroit and he has a video up of how it now runs and he seems to be a happy camper

 

I looked at the sight. I cannot tell anything from that video. video's can be manipulated. I doubt that one is. it just dont tell me anything. a 3 month e.c.m. report on m.p.g. & other important info into a data base about how a truck has performed in the past few months, I can go on. a video of a truck running back & forth in a driveway parking lot, made me laugh.
