Well Sorry its been a while, Cargo has been running me hard like Jess has been saying. I guess ill go ahead and put this out. another reason i havent been on here is I am currently being sued as a result of a traffic accident i had back in September of last year when i worked for Central. I can't go into details about it but it looked like i was going to get thrown to the wolves for a while, until jess did some last minute e-mailing on my behalf and now i have not one but two attorney's compliments of Central Refrigerated. For awhile i have had alot of driving and alot of sleepless nights and a rash of telephone conversations, but now that the attorneys are taking over i can breath a little easier. when its over ill let you know the out come. JJRanch.
alex94 Thanks this. -
Ran into one of our L/O's yesterday who had the choice of quitting or being fired. He was pretty bitter about it. Tried hard to find some sympathy for him, but the truth is, he really screwed the pooch. Got lost in Chicago and ran under a low bridge. Any of our loads going there always says to watch out for them.

Soo DM, assume you were able to get into it thru your side box ok. Was yours the pleated kind or the brillo pad kind? Amazing at how much more airflow you can get.

Hello all.
Had an ok week this week. Sounds like I may have passed JJ at some point, I was in Elkton the other day.
I think I pissed off my dispatcher yesterday though. I was delivering this morning about 20 miles from the house. So I had made plans for the weekend with the wife.
Then yesterday afternoon he adds a preset on me to pick up at the receiver this morning when I was empty and deliver to Baltimore tomorrow morning.
I called him and told him that I did not want that load, that I wanted to go home. He was not happy. Told me they were in a bind and behind on freight.
So I told him that it was not my problem, they needed to make sure they could move the freight before they accepted it, and that if they did not have the drivers to move all the freight (which they do not) then they needed to change some policy's so that they could keep the good drivers they have and have good incentives for new drivers to come.
He took the load off of me about 30 min later and got me a pickup for Monday lol.
I will have to wait and see if I pissed off the planner. I will know by my loads the next few weeks. I was stuck in the northeast again this past week, and headed into it again Monday.
Never a good sign. Once on the NE regional boards it is almost impossible to get off.
I hauled 2 loads a day all week for 200-250 miles each. Pain in the rear. -
Nice to know Central is helping you.
