    Earlier today...northern WV, I-77.

I'm traveling in the right lane, doing about 63. Got 38K in the box. Up ahead, I see an SUV stopped on the LEFT shoulder (which is only about 3 feet wide). Then, from the right shoulder of the exit ramp just before the SUVs location, this little car pulls off the shoulder, across the exit ramp, and across my lane doing about 25, on its way to join the SUV.

Instinctively, I head for the right shoulder, praying that the car doesn't change his or her mind and go back to the right. It happened so fast I don't even know what kind of a car it was (and I'm a car guy). I pulled off at the Ohio welcome center and called my wife. Then I walked around for about 15 minutes before finishing my run to Zanesville.

The car passed about 40 feet in front of me, and if there hadn't been a shoulder for me to get to, we were all toast.

Two days ago, an A. Duie Pyle driver forced me to the shoulder in PA when he just HAD to get past me in the construction zone on I-81 south of Scranton at the top of the hill.

I've just about had it with driving. If there was a way out financially for me, I'd do it tomorrow.

I was driving in Iowa back in Jan of 09 during a ice storm. Im sure some of you remember I-80 littered with cars and trucks out in the ditches. Well I was in the hammer lane cruising with the flow of traffic when all of sudden a opening came up in front of me. Another decided that the right lane was too slow and decided to come real fast in front of me without even using a turn signal. Not even 2 seconds after her merged traffic slowed and he hit his brakes.

I go "oh sh!#" . I went onto my brakes and felt the tires lock, so I decided I had to take it off the road. Right as I was about to do it, he comes off his brakes and traffic speeds up. Now when this was happening it couldn't of lasted more than a few seconds, but it was like time slowed.

I had to get on the CB and give him a few choice words, for one reason if he didn't come over like that. Even if traffic slowed I would of had enough distance to slow down.

Here was one of the pictures my GF took that day just to show the mayhem that was on that road that day: The road may look wet but nope thats ice.

Im glad I made it through that day without no more problems
