I guarantee you they tested that driver for alcohol. In 94 me and my folks were on our way to a friends house. There was a case of beer in the "trunk", but we had a 93 firebird...my moron dad rolled the car, guess what happened to the beer?

My dad got banged up and had to go to the hospital primarily because he wasnt wearing a seatbelt and his head wore through the t-top while the car slid upside down for.....3 feet. Yet he claims not wearing a seatbelt saved his life. Yeaaah...believe what you want..

Anyhow, the plastic from the case of beer broke apart and there were beer cans everywhere <3 Unopened, but it looked....bad. They were giving him a breath test while he was being loaded into an ambulance. Talk about screwed up priorities... LOL.

the best part was the next day when we went to the tow yard to attempt to get our stuff out of the car, one of the beer cans had somehow ended up hanging off the side of the cupholder by the plastic crap..hahahaha.... :D :D

We didn't even take much out of the car, everything got soaked with blood..ew.

If the truck driver was driving too fast for conditions , how in the hell could that cause the car to get under the trailer?........This smells to me..but like everyone said, its always the trucks fault. Reminds me of the joke about two cars that wrecked. The police show up and ask " ok ,where is a truck driver ?
