my 1st driver manager Brandy left 17 voice mails on my girlfriend's cell phone in 1 day... thinking she was calling me... i stopped all verbal communication with that ugly ##### immediately... ##### was nosey as hell... every other qualcom message was "where are u, what are u doing" and if my truck was parked somewhere in the nyc/north jersey area for over a few hours Ugly would message "why are u home" or "is that your home"... I have never felt so violated before in my life... on top of that, I was constanly threatended not to be paid unless I call her... Ugly was so fed up that she couldn't speak with me on MY cell phone, that she dropped me from her boad... and said, "HOW YOU LIKE THAT"...like it was some kind of privledge to drive for her or something... if i discribe her to you, you'd think she was hot, but actually, looks really good for a 54 year old...too bad she's in her 20s lol... all that make-up over her moles and warts...with that puppet chin, green teeth and upside down smile...uck...

I have run over 50 loads and haven't been paid for them with swift.. there is always some kind of problem that occurs and the load is magically voided off of me after I ran it.... them freaks are so dumb, they had me set up to take a perfectly good trailor to a scrap yard, pick a wrecked one up, and the good 1 was scrapped lol.... then tried to blame me for it

I finally obtained my cdl in the state I have legal residancy, California, and these turkeys just knew it was a fake right???lol, him, young Black man living in Laguna Beach California??? nooo.... I tell you... be who you chose to be I can't judge you.. only God will... I can ignore them lame turkeys, because it's easy... they don't have my phone number... just message me through the qualcom, send me loads and Im on hometime... that's it.... Swift is a joke... they don't need bad drivers to shut them down... they dow a perfectly good job of that by themselves

any new drivers, vet drivers, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont ever drive for swift... dont let your worst enemy drive for them...

50 loads? If you run, say, two or three a week...that's nearly a half-years worth of loads not paid for. Therefore, I have but three words for you:

this and it sounds like the guy was most likely one of countless crybabies who couldn't hack it with swift's KISS system. their system is so easy a semi-r3tarded person could do it. the only ones who can't are usually the ones who have a difficult time with authority and/or cannot follow simple directions. swift isn't burger king. you cannot have it your way (all the time).

perhaps you haven't gotten paid for a load or two, or few because you failed to get the PROPER paperwork scanned in time, or it got stuck and shredded in the scanner, and you failed to get a copy BEFORE having it scanned.

 

Some companies let you take advances until you have nothing left on the next weeks payroll! It kind a like standing on the corner with a sign "will work for food". Heeeheehee......

 

Nah, don't buy it either. NOBODY is DUMB enough to do 50 loads w/out getting paid for any of them. Or maybe it depends on what "your definition of "LOAD" is."

I am sure that SWIFT has its share of problems. But try to at least be a bit realistic when you are complaining about them. Also, if they really are that bad, then WHY ARE YOU STILL WORKING THERE?

 

There oughta be a book wrote, call it: "How to work for Swift-Idiot Edtion". Seems to me this fella should write it. Where's Tipster when you need him?

That story is a load of hogwash. There are too many holes in this story. If your DM was calling you 17 times in one day it was probably because you were at your girlfriend's house in jersey laying some pipe down when you should've been working. If you did run 50 loads for them which you did not get paid (which I doubt it) than you must be a fool to have run any more loads after the first 10 if you weren't getting paid. Why would they send you Pre-plans while you were on Hometime if you set your PTA correctly? Sounds like a lack of communication.
