I recently worked for deboer trans out of Blenker wisc. I first got put in a kenworth T2000 and made it 10 miles up the road and broke down. Got things somewhat fixed. left out. Next day got a load and made it 2 miles from my P/U and broke down. this continued thru out my 3 weeks on the road. 9 of 14 days were broke down and the rest were sitting at a comp yard waiting for repairs. I eventually was at a texas yard an swapped trks. they gave me a international. I went into AR. 20 miles north. and from there to MS where...Of course broke down. I sat for 5 days waiting for repairs at a little town. On a friday I was told parts wont be in til tues next week. So I had to Fly myself Home to meet medical appts that cost myself $900. That following Mon I was told I will be picked up to come to Wisc term to get a new trk. I rode with someone else. No driving. Just sit. I get to Wisc and was told there is No trks here now to ride with the guy to OK. I was going there to recover a trk from a driver who went to jail. So We get to this trk. Takes me 5 hours to clean out the trash. 4 Pilot trash cans full. The trk is smashed inside. Dash kicked and broke apart. so I am told youll take a load to GA and back to a yard for repairs. I get to GA and was told the drv is out of jail and I will pick him up from OK then going to Wisc Yard. He was gonna get a new trk while I kept the broke one. Supervisors words "thats just how things work" so I went on and swapped the load with a O/O and said I am going home. I left everything in good standings and left on my medical reasons. I have been home 3 days. Just got a letter. Theyre keeping my little bit of pay from my past weeks and also trying to charge me $950.00 for recovery of the trk. They send a drv to a abandoned trk and have him bring it back under a load. So My point is if Your a rookie to a Vet...DO NOT WORK FOR DEBOER. THEYRE PAY, TRKS, LOADS, AND PROMISES ARE ALL LIES. Broke down days pay is $40. Avg miles a week is 1800. by 30cpm is $540 before taxes. CAN YOU FEED A FAMILY OR YOURSELF ON THAT?!!??!

I thought these guys went under a long time ago. I see a lot of their old raggedy trucks going down the road pulling trailers for all kinds of outfits, figured they folded up.

I am only using these clowns as a stepping stone to get into a better company. I have to use a CPAP every night, spent my first overnight in a de Boer truck last night, and was awakened by the battery alarm after 5 hours of sleep. I idled for 5 mins to recharge, then shut down and went back to sleep, not wanting to go over 30% total engine time you know. Alarm went off again after 2 hours. I gave up and got up at this point. Couldn't move for another 3 hours due to the "we're monitoring your qualcom" speech. They also sent me out without putting my orientation pay on my fuel card like they said they would. So here I am... no food, no money, nothing to drink and all their weekend person can say is "Sorry, nothing I can do."

I DID end up getting some cash, so I'm no longer starving but the INSTANT I get a green light from an APU equipped company... I'm gone. They can STICK their 30%.
