I agree otherhalf. Seriously, what the hell..

And my werner truck is governed at 65 but i've had it up to 80 before....

By the way, I got a ticket in Kern County CA for making a jughandle turn once. It went on my MVR and is considered by cali to be a 1 pointer, however, the actual violation is so vaguely worded that michigan does not have a similar law, and therefore I did not recieve any points.

It's on my MVR as "left of right". rofl.... I can just hear the recruiters giving me a total wtf look when I tell hem about it...

    I crossed a double yellow

I got a ticket for doing the same thing its wrote as speeding and its on my MVR. Insurance companies see it as excessive speeding.

The way my laywer explained it to me is that its not excessive speeding. His exact words were "Its the same as if a cop seen you going faster than another car that he belived was doing the speed limit without useing his radar''.

After the trial my lawyer should me the sheet the judge had typed up that says exactly what im being charged for. All it said was speeding and there was no mention anywhere on that piece of paper that says serious violation or how fast I was going. So your saying it still counts as a serious violation.
