I am looking for a large scale laminated RM atlas 2010 spiral bound. I have seen the large print, which is not laminated, and the deluxe which is but not large print, or is it?
Thanks for your help.

I can only find the two you're talking about:
http://store.randmcnally.com/road-a...-of-a-regular-motor-carrier-s-road-atlas.html
Says the pages are "Durable synthetic pages that are anti-glare as well as tear- and water-resistant"
http://store.randmcnally.com/road-atlas/2010-rand-mcnally-deluxe-motor-carriers-road-atlas.html
Pages are "Durable, laminated pages stand up to stains and liquids and won't show signs of normal wear-and-tear" but it doesn't say anything about large scale.Wyldfyur Thanks this. -
The deluxe version says it is laminated, but it doesnt say if it is large print.
While the large print is not laminated.
My question? Is there a large print laminated version? -
It is not laminated in the traditional sense. The pages feel almost like a really thin, flexible plastic, or maybe like wax covered paper. I much prefer the material the large scale is made of over the regular one.
I just bought another one, I somehow lost my last one, don't ask, I have no clue how I could have possibly lost the stupid thing considering its size and weight.
I have dropped my maps in more puddles than I can count, spilled drinks on it, dog puked on it, and all I ever had to do was wipe it clean.
The large scale Rand McNally holds up great. I paid 40 bucks for one last week (at the Petro in Oak Grove, MO). Most I ever paid, I normally give about 20 after the new ones come out, but I had to have one.Wyldfyur Thanks this. -
No, no..not me....a, er...friend of mine...yeah, that's it.....Wyldfyur Thanks this. -
My Getty Oil Company map is NOT laminated,
I believe that the laminate would make it too hard to fold !!!
Hope this helps.
Out.
