My employer would fire me on the spot for making repairs of any kind to there equipment,...I am not a certified mechanic and therefore am not allowed to turn a wrench,....

I get payed hourly to let a mechanic do his job,....

Blame the unions you say??,.....How about the lawyers that will sue for improper repairs???,........

I do my job,....The mechanic can do his,...
