We had a driver that was hit broadside in the toolbox on his trailer as he was driving down a highway by a kid on a 4-wheeler who had been repeatedly warned by the local cops not to ride his 4-wheeler on the highway.

Needless to say the kid died from having the top of his head sheared off & his parents are suing the company saying it was the drivers fault.

Pretty sure they won't win but goes to show anybody can sue anybody for anything.

I think if I didnt now he was on the back of the truck, how would I know he fell off the truck???
The police would have to pull me over down the road.

Come on, none of you have ever "car hopped"? We used to hang out around stop signs on snowy days/roads. When a car would stop with it's back glass covered in snow, you walk up, crouch down, and hang on to the bumper and "ski". Good times!

No one has ever hopped a moving train?

I admit,I hoped a few trains in my younger days, even fell off a few times.
We would tube down a river in Texas to a small town called New Brunsfield<sp>eat wonderful homemade apple fritters at a little bakery, then hop on the train home, inner tubes slung across one arm.

I didnt expect the train to stop the times I fell off.

Im not heartless to the injured, but in this case,I call ASPHAULT.

The kid was being an ###,his fault.
