I have been told that i can not run in the US since i am under 21, but i have not been able to find any information on that anywhere online.
I am currently 20, with a Canadian class 1 license.
If somebody knows any particulars i would greatly appreciate it.
I have not been able to find anything that says i cant drive a commercial vehicle with my Canadian license anywhere.

Have you tried asking this question on Canadian Truckers Forum ? Hopefully someone there has your answer. If not call US DOT and ask them.

Could be wrong, but always thought you had to be at least 21 to run INTERSTATE in the U.S. Under 21, you could run INTRASTATE?
Isn't that what the FMCSA says? Like I typed, could be wrong.

I believe you are right I know that in California, my state you can drive a commercial vehicle at the age of 18, you just can't leave the state until 21, unless the Gubenator has changed that law too!
johnday Thanks this.
