I was going to start driving for Swift back in 2008 but had to stick around locally due to Family-based financial nonsense (greedy siblings) I've had my Class A with basic 3 endorsements since July 2007, since then I've been driving a school bus (don't laugh, the pay wound-up being better than most OTR runs or "lack-there-of" when things got REALLY bad)
Do I need to take a refresher course for Swift or will they provide that for me for a fee? I've been driving a 54 ft bus but in all honesty, its like driving a VERY large SUV. My shifting won't be what it was when I graduated from Winsor in Linden N.J. -
from what i read and understood even if you have a cdl and never had any otr experience that swift will make you go through their academy, if its been a while since you got your cdl's. thats the way i took it
