Antenna

    Ok i've been trying to find a couple of antennas to run my two cb's i have in my 91 F-150 i have a cobra 29 ltd classic and a old GE. I have wally world mag mounts now but i busted one on a tree branch and im looking to up grade i was thinking about a mirror mount and a Francis CB-24 Hot Rod 4' CB Antenna From sparky's i was gonna have one antenna per cb and when i get my toolbox i can always move the mounts to there. what yalls think?

    Wilson 2K(long stem) bolted to the box,ground strap the mount to the box,the box to the "frame"

    I break mag mounts like their nothing I've bought good ones walmart ones and I rip off and break all of em. That's why I was wanting the ones that I could mount to the miorrs or to a toolbox so they wouldn't fall off

    fall off you say? break you say?


    i have used both the lil wil from wilson, and the k40 mag mount and never have i had one fall off or even break

    That is why you make sure they are tight before you go anywhere so they dont fall off:biggrin_25513:
